OsCommerce version 4 allows adding HTML through your theme's widget. You can easily upload your chat button code by editing your osCommerce theme.

To add a live chat button through your theme's widget, do the following:

1. In your Provide Support account Control Panel, follow My Account / Chat Button Codes page, choose there 'Pure JavaScript Chat Button Code' and copy it.
2. Now log into your osCommerce admin panel and follow Design and CMS / Themes page
3. Click "Customize" below your theme. Adding HTML is supported by all edit modes.
4. Then click "+" button to add a new widget and select HTML widget from the list of widgets.
5. Find your HTML widget on the theme and start editing it.
6. Insert your chat button code, update widget settings and save widget configuration.
7. If you want to display your live chat button on specific website pages, you can update "Visibility on pages" widget settings.
8. Now save your changes made to the theme and check how your live chat button looks on your website.

Note! The position of your live chat button on your website can be adjusted in your Provide Support account Control Panel on the Account Settings / Live Chat Window page.
